C.O.D. Clients:

  • Orders over $1000 will require a 50% deposit to proceed, with remainder payable on completion of work.
  • Once job is confirmed any changes may incur a fee (Artwork, Sizes, Production & Installation.)
  • Payment of this invoice to be made prior to collection of goods or on collection of goods.
  • No goods will be dispatched until full payment is received.
  • All materials & products remain the property of Shogun Signs & Print Pty Ltd until full payment received.
  • All custom orders are non-refundable or returnable as they have been produced to your specifications.
  • Non-account customers may be requested to pay for product up-front.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Turnaround times are from artwork & deposit confirmation*

General Print (Digital) 3-5 days

Specialised Print (Offset) 5-21 days

General signage 7-14 days

Specialised signage 10-21 days

Lightbox Fabrication 3-4 weeks

* We try to keep to these turnarounds as much as possible but due
to high workloads these are only to be used as a guide.

PLEASE NOTE:
We are a high volume trade printer and reserve the right to reject clients we do not deem as ‘trade clients’.
Whilst every care is taken, Shogun Signs & Print Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any errors on final output generated by you or the software you use in creating files for output.
It is the sole responsibility of the client to review all material including trapping and set colour splits in the original artwork, to attest to its accuracy. The final check before we receive your files is your responsibility.

WHAT IF I NEED HELP CREATING A PRINT READY FILE?

Email your file to [email protected] and we will check if the artwork is press ready for you.

Our in-house graphic designer can also set up a print ready file for you, either by correcting or completely re-setting any supplied material for a MINIMUM $44 fee. Request a quote on your job for graphic design/project management – rates start at $88/hr.
